There are 177 apartments available, and most are equipped with a telephone, air conditioning and heating. Most apartments have a private bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave.

The apartments are situated just 10 minutes from the centre of Palma, with plenty of leisure and recreation facilities in the immediate vicinity.

The area where it was built, is known in Majorca as Ses Fontanellas, formerly famous, for its subteranean waterreserves.
On the year 2001 it was partially renovated.It features maravellous seaviews on the Bay of Palma, a modern architecture and above all, it offers quietness.
