Payment Information:
In order to confirm your booking, Alpina shall ask for 30% of the total amount of your stay as a deposit. For payment, you will receive the hotel's General Terms of Sales with a deposit form. Reservations will be definite after payment of the deposit.

The CLIENT will not be eligible to claim for indemnity if the cancellation or changes made to the accommodation and/or other optional services were imposed by circumstances beyond the control of ALPINA hotel, including, by way of example, partial or total striking, flooding, cataclysm, terrorism or changes to the law, risking the safety of the clientele. For all other reasons the ALPINA hotel will commit to proposing an alternative solution at least equivalent to the original contract and without additional expense to the CLIENT. If the CLIENT chooses not to accept this alternative, the ALPINA hotel will reimburse all monies already received from the CLIENT.
