The Park Restaurant is popular with hotel guests and local people. It offers extensive à la carte lunch and dinner menus, with specials that change on a nightly basis. Fresh, local, seasonal produce is used wherever possible, and seafood is a speciality.
The Park Restaurant was the winner of the JCI Galway Tourist Ambassador Award for 'Best Restaurant 2008'.
For a more informal evening, Boss Doyle’s Bar has a great choice of dishes.
