The building, dated back to the XIIIth century, used to be a monastery, still keeps some untouched testimonies of the historical period: the coffered ceiling with wood beams in most of the rooms, the perfect vaults and the rock romanic style pillar that characterize the Hall where the buffet breakfast is served.
Moreover at the ground floor You can admire “ The Big Ceramic Pot” in wedgwood style, produced at the end of the XIXth century by “Manifattura Salvini” from Florence

All the rooms, refurbished between 1999 and 2001, are decorated in traditional Florentine style and are equipped with all the modern amenities.
